  • Asian Pacific Community Fund The Asian Pacific Community Fund (APCF) is the only completely independent, community-based fund that raises and distributes funds on behalf of Asian and Pacific Islander nonprofit organizations. APCF conducts annual charitable campaigns in public, private and nonprofit organizations throughout Los Angeles. Every donation made to APCF supports funding to 29 affiliate agencies (APWC is one of affiliates) serving over 100,000 clients served by APCF affiliated agencies annually.
